Custom flat-panel gray-white cabinetry replaced the dated oak throughout — floor-to-ceiling on the perimeter walls, with deep pull-out drawers, full-extension hardware, and organized interior shelving that makes everyday cooking genuinely easier. The centerpiece is a dramatic green quartzite island with an integrated undermount sink and professional spring-neck faucet. Herringbone backsplash tile, globe pendant lighting, and hidden under-cabinet LED lighting layer warmth and texture throughout. A KitchenAid double wall oven stack and gas cooktop are built seamlessly into the cabinet run. Every cabinet in this kitchen was designed from the inside out. Deep pull-out drawers with full-extension hardware, organized interior shelving with custom dividers, corner cabinet solutions, and herringbone backsplash tile with hidden under-cabinet lighting — every detail was thought through before a single panel was cut. Storage was treated as a design element, not an afterthought.
The double wall oven stack and KitchenAid suite were carefully integrated into the cabinetry run, maximizing usable counter space while keeping the clean, seamless aesthetic intact. When every drawer is opened, the quality of the build is immediately apparent — soft-close hardware, dovetail joints, and finished interiors throughout.

The dated built-in tub surround, tiled counters, and chrome shower enclosure gave way to something entirely different. A sculptural freestanding soaking tub now anchors the wet zone, paired with a spa-like walk-in shower featuring a ceiling-mount rain head, hand-held shower, built-in bench seat, and recessed niche shelving — all wrapped in large-format marble-look porcelain tile that runs seamlessly floor to ceiling. New LVP wood-look flooring replaced the old mosaic tile, and custom flat-panel vanity cabinetry with quartz countertops and LED-backlit mirrors completes the transformation. Reconsidered
A whole home remodel is only truly complete when the floors and walls tie everything together. Throughout this Carlsbad project we installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in a warm wood-look finish across every room — durable, water-resistant, and visually seamless from the entry through the kitchen and into every bedroom. The existing dark hardwood had been beautiful in its time, but the new LVP brought the entire home into a lighter, more cohesive register that matched the updated cabinetry and tile work. Fresh interior paint in a curated neutral palette was applied throughout — walls, ceilings, and trim — giving each room a clean backdrop that lets the remodeled kitchens and bathrooms take center stage. Electrical improvements included recessed lighting additions, under-cabinet circuits, and updated panel connections to support the new appliance load. Every trade was coordinated under one roof, one timeline, and one point of contact.

A built-in tiled tub surround, dated chrome shower enclosure, and tiled vanity counters gave way to a freestanding soaking tub, large-format marble-look tile floor to ceiling, a rain-head shower with built-in bench, custom flat-panel vanity cabinetry, quartz counters, LED-backlit mirrors, and LVP wood-look flooring throughout.

Dated tiled vanity counters, honey oak cabinets, and basic chrome fixtures were replaced with clean quartz countertops, custom flat-panel cabinetry, brushed nickel hardware, updated vanity lighting, and a consistent design language that flows naturally from the master suite and kitchen — making the whole home feel like a single cohesive design.
