I hired Optimal to remodel one of my bathrooms. I couldn't be happier! The bathroom looks great and working with Optimal was super easy. Once I reached out, the quoting and scheduling happened quickly and the crew was always on time and finished the job on schedule. They were super clean, cleaning up after themselves everyday. And the quality of work is great; even the inspector was singing their praises! We had a little issue with the grout color but the owner was super responsive and immediately addressed the issue without any fuss! This was my first remodel so I didn't realize how important little details like soft-close drawers were but Dotan did and had these installed even without my request. It was little details like this that I didn't appreciate until my kitchen was in regular use. I love our pull-out drawers including an oil/sauce pull-out, spice rack, cookie sheet pull-out, and garbage drawer and so thankful I had these created by Optimal. When we ran into some old water and mold damage during a kitchen remodel, they didn't skip a beat to find the right company to repair that. My wife and I chose Optimal Home Remodeling and Design after seeing the positive online reviews and getting 3 different bids. The pricing was competitive and we could not be happier with the results and process. We have done prior projects in the past and the running joke is that it always takes twice as long and costs twice as much as the original bid. But Optimal did not fall into this scenario, they completed both a full bathroom gut and remodel and full kitchen remodel in under 7 weeks, and within budget! The owner, who was also our PM, was great to work with and his decade plus of experience showed throughout the project. He was very helpful with design layout questions and suggestions, and also made sure we were updated regularly with the project scope and scheduling. He also made sure everything was perfect upon completion and helped solve a couple complex issues that sprang up after the demo. The project foreman was great and all the contractors were easy to work with, the quality of the craftmanship shows through as well as the quality of materials used. We absolutely love our new kitchen and bath! Optimal Home will be our first call when we are ready to tackle our guest bath!

Last fall we were finally ready to remodel the kitchen in our home condominium as well as redoing the floor on the main level. We worked closely with Optimal to redesign our space and couldn't be happier with the results. Even small shifts and suggestions in the semi-custom cabinets made our kitchen much more functional, and we were able to customize and make choices about our materials for the flooring, counters, backsplashes, etc. Since we had never remodeled before it was really helpful to have someone guide us in making choices and optimizing what we could do within our budget.
